make clean is part of my command line, was using make clean && make.

arm-none-eabi-gcc --version
arm-none-eabi-gcc (crosstool-NG 1.17.0 - Atmel build: 99) 4.7.3
20121207 (release) [ARM/embedded-4_7-branch revision 194305]

This one comes with Atmel Studio 6.1. Looks like there is a 6.2
version available. I will try to upgrade.
