If there are no objections, I will:
- move tools/nutconf/src/nutcomponent* to tools/common
- adjust tools/nutconf/Makefile.am
- adjust tools/nutconf/src/* using #include "nutcomponent.h" to
  the new location "../common/nutcomponent.h"
- Add code only in tools/qnutconf/src/nutcomponent* to
  tools/common/nutcomp...
- Adjust tools/qnutconf/src/ Makefile and nutcomponent.h reference

Is that OK?
