Did you do the "git checkout -- ." step as describes in
http://www.ethernut.de/en/download/index.html ? Sorry. I didn't tell
explicite. The tar file only contains the pure .git directory.

Or did you do your own "git svn checkout"? The above lines make me think
so. There is some hickup with the pletora of stale SVN branches on
sourceforge. The messages should not harm. But the git svn checkout takes
hours...

Ulrich> These whee some of the last lines from the rebase.

Ulrich> Ok, now it builds the f4_discovery.conf but still is stuck on
    Ulrich> the stm32f4bb.conf.

Where is the stm32f4bb.conf from? nut/conf only has stm32f4dis_bb.conf. I
retested and stm32f4dis_bb.conf builds for me out of the box.

B.t.w., I just updated
/home/frs/project/ethernut/files/ethernut-code.git.tar.gz to current SVN
head.

Ulrich> I have to admit, that I am working under linux...

I work on Linux too.

    Ulrich> ...and I am a
Ulrich> bit confused about the stm32 devices naming conventions,

I have a patchest of about 40 patches pending. I will describe in another
mail. It touches naming convention.

See you
