[En-Nut-Discussion] Cleanup in nut/app

Hello,

latest patchset clean up compilation in nut/app/xx for me. I have posted
about two remaining problems before. More problems are:
- at91sam9g45-ek. The device has no flash and only 64 kbyte RAM. So many of
the demonstration apps overflow RAM.
- flecx10a:  undefined reference to `LpcDevDebugIOCtl' and more Debug
related errors

Can others please recheck the changes for compilation problems with their
compilers. Any idea how to fix the remaining errors?
