[En-Nut-Discussion] Building docs needs an insane amount of RAM

Philipp,

nut/doc/gen/nut_en.cfg contains some "EXCLUDE" statements. Perhaps adding
something like */arch/*/vendor/* or */vendor/* to "EXCLUDE_PATTERNS" will do
the job.
