I was able to evolve and build the libraries at least, but the pin mappings
are incorrect in the configurator, the EMAC RX_ER for instance should go to
PA0 but that option is not available. How do I generate the pin mappings?
Guess they might be for 100 pin chips and I'm trying to use a 144 pin.
