<DIV><FONT size=2>we have developed AVR+LAN91C111 for several months, and we 

sufferred some serious and unknown problems. I now doubt AVR can not afford the 

LAN91C111 and we will intend to find another solution. But I am curious that if 

anyone has successsfuly develop it?</FONT></DIV>
