Is there a document or simple set of instructions for switching between
Ethernut hardware revisions. I would appreciate it if you could point
me to the document or file.

In particular, when using 1.3rev D and rev F - I understand some of the
control pins differ and I would like to confirm we are compiling the
libraries/applications correctly. At present we make no changes to
flags, globals etc. We use ICCAVR PRO.

Also, should we use configure.exe or nutconf.exe?

Perhaps there is an installation file I have overlooked.

Many Thanks
Brett
