In opposite to the AVR toolchain, the ARM versions
of GCC require some extra efforts like modifying
the linker scripts. This is not trivial for the
beginner.

Also libraries are not bundled and most developers
use Linux flavors. I didn't find something, which
can be used out of the box, like AVRGCC or WinAVR.
