Hi Alessandro,

My company makes a complete GSM/GPRS intelligent terminal including
Nut/OS, Mega128, optional Ethernet and of course the GSM module, check
it out at our web site if it looks like it will do what you need then it
would make sense for us to supply at least our PCB to you and save you
some development time etc. of course we are aware that this option would
only work if we can supply the unit to you at a reasonable price
compared to what you could make it for yourself.

At the moment we use the Sony Ericsson GM47 GSM module in out product
and have found it to be very reliable, other options include the
upcoming Nokia 12 and, Wavecom Wismo, Siemens TC-35 and many more.

You should be able to buy most of these modules for about US$70 (does
this meet your 'cheap' requirement).

Regards,

Subject: [En-Nut-Discussion] gsm/gprs

 Hello,

anyone can suggest a (cheap!) gsm/gprs module? The better if it has
been tested with NutOS.

 Thanks in advance.
