Richard,

I set the two macros:
_MCU_enhanced ETHERNUT2

Make sure to use nutconf.exe to rebuild the
proper libraries. You may run into a problem
while doing so, because the makefiles require
cp.exe for copying the libs to
nut/lib/icc/enhanced

cp.exe is a UNIX style xcopy. You can get it with
other nice tools at
http://unxutils.sourceforge.net/
