[En-Nut-Discussion] Telnet server with echo and cursor key support

I see that this is true, but I want to make it configurable. If you use a
very simple Telnet Client (MS Telnet) maybe you cannot configure it there.
Also it is only for Configuration reasons, so its not so importend to
minimize bandwith.
