[En-Nut-Discussion] PPP Start-up example

I found two little bugs in PPP driver for upcoming v3.2

1.
In dev/chat.c, NutChatProc, line 346 there possible must be
char sendflag = 1;

2. 
In net/ipcpin.c, NutChatProc, line 288 there must be
dcb->dcb_ip_dns2


I'll try to apply whole diffs when I'll get all things working.
