Hello,
I have another question about xram bus.
Can I use upper memory addresses for my own devices?
I mean does cpld translates atmega ALE signal and sets a0-15 and d0-7 
correctly when wr/rd active?
Again, please, point me where can I find full memory map of ethernut2 board?
I know, that nic uses 0xc000-0xc00e addresses, 0x8000-0xbfff used by 
bankmem and 0xff00-0xff1e by bank select registers.
Seems, that 0xc00f-0xfeff,0xff1f-0xffff are free for use.
Is it all or I missed something?
