Oops, I just recognized, that the PDF of the CPLD
schematics is outdated.

Here we go...

0x0000 - 0x00FF ATmega128 registers (see datasheet)
0x0100 - 0x1100 ATmega128 internal RAM
0x1100 - 0x7FFF Ethernut fixed external RAM
0x8000 - 0xBFFF Ethernut banked RAM window (30 pages 16kB ea.)
0xC000 - 0xC0FF LAN controller
0xC100 - 0xFE00 Not used, available to expansion hardware
0xFF00 - 0xFFFF Banking register
