[En-Nut-Discussion] Atmel EB40A arm eval board

Sorry for the late response.

My package came with WinIdea and a limited JTAG dongle. Not
sure wether this was a normal package, because WinIdea had
been done by a German company. The tool chain and debugging
worked with the EB40A immediately.
