[En-Nut-Discussion] CVS update, error message appears

This is off topic and probably stupid but anyway;

When I update my copy of the CVS NUT tree using TortoiseCVS 
version 1.6.9 I get several messages like this :

  cvs update: move away lib/icc/mega/dummy.txt; it is in the way  
  C lib/icc/mega/dummy.txt
  Error, CVS operation failed

so I remove these dummy.txt and next time it happens again.
Seems not to be important, just curious.
Can I do something more creative here?
