First time I hear about rompager. Can you please be a little
bit more specific? Are their any code similarities? If they
copied Nut/OS code, they _must_ reproduce our copyright statement.
Clause 2 or the BSD licence clearly states:

"Redistributions in binary form must reproduce the above copyright
notice, this list of conditions and the following disclaimer in the
documentation and/or other materials provided with the distribution."

Btw. as an exception, several tools used to build Nut/OS
are GPL'ed, but all code resulting in Nut/OS firmware
conforms to BSD.
