[En-Nut-Discussion] Loosing characters on debug interface (uart) using printf

I'm using minicom under linux. I even tried to directly register
devUart0 instead of devDebug0 (btw: could anyone please explain me the
difference?). It's working a bit better, but there a still some
characters lost. I suppose this could perhaps happen while switching the
thread? This is just an idea.
