[En-Nut-Discussion] Loosing characters on debug interface (uart) using printf

I tried out devUsartAvr0. It became just better, but there are still
characters that get lost. I can't try hardware handshake because on my
board it's not implemented, but I don't send so much characters at one
time that I should concern about handshaking (in my opinion... I send
not much more than a few textlines per second (at 115200bps)

Any further ideas? Do I realy have to use handshaking?
