Hello Harald,
Thanks for your help. I did not attach anything to the board. It is real
strange: The board is brand-new, arrived yesterday. Also strange, the board
shipped with a blown fuse! May be is's really defekt. I have various other
problems with the board.
How now? Should I try to send the Board back?

I'd say yes, because the first location without RAM on Ethernut 2.1 is at
0xC000. Did you attach anything to the board?
