[En-Nut-Discussion] SRAM read/write test

As an information for other readers. I've contacted
Alex. He is a careful person and it looks like his
board, which passed egnite's test before shipping, arrived
broken already. This could happen and no question, egnite
will replace it free of charge.

And now a very big _BUT_. Almost all reports about
broken boards are false (Alexander Baranov should not
read this, he received several ;-)). In many cases people
are no hardware freaks or at least new to AVR. The two
top failures are:

1. Playing around with ATmega fuses, which may be
fatal. Specially ICCAVR makes it easy to kill
Ethernuts with wrong fuse setting.

2. Using the wrong power supply. Ethernut will not
run with AC. Ethernut 2 boards need at least 300mA.

If this reaches you too late (gosh! you did spoil the
fuses), please contact us. Don't scrap your Ethernut!

In any case load the basemon program and report its
output to egnite.

Good luck,

Harald
