Hi Lars,
there are several, like
http://unxutils.sourceforge.net/
(see patch-2.5)
One of the most advanced is
http://www.cygwin.com/
which give you a full Unix environment. You can
still run most of the executables like patch.exe
on a DOS Shell if you feel uncomfortable with
a Unix shell.
