On My Boards I'm using the memory space between 0x8000 and 0xFFFF, where
0x8000 up to some address is used for CAN and Ethernet controller.

For Ethernut2 Boards you can safly use 0xC000 up to 0xFEFF AFAIK. See
NutOS configuration/header files.
