As we changed to 1.3 Rev.G some time ago, they are probably
old. I'd suggest to grab Nut/OS 3.9.5 from
http://www.ethernut.de/en/download/index.html
No panic, Nut/OS still supports Ethernut 1.3 F, even
Ethernut 0.9 Rev-A.

Or wait 1 or 2 more days for Nut/OS 3.9.6.

init.c is really fully totally outdated and should not be
used with GCC. It's there because of ICCAVR, but even
this compiler doesn't require it anymore.

Use the samples in the app directory as a template.
