I have added patch to patch tracker that fixes the problem:

Though patch uploading was broken at the moment so I will host it for 
limited time in another location (temporal URL in patch's comment).

I left some files alone for now, I hope someone else with more knowledge 
about them can fix them. I left list of untouched files to that patch 
tracker item.
