I think you should start at

   THREAD(NicRxLanc) in dev/lanc111.c

This will call

   NutEtherInput() in net/etherin.c

then comes NutIpInput() in net/ipin.c etc.etc.

Should be quite easy to follow.

Btw. the Ethernut at
http://uwe-bastian.no-ip.com
is running the Webport application. The webcam at
http://uwe-bastian.no-ip.com:8080
shows its hardware.
