[En-Nut-Discussion] Unable to burn sample basemon.hex file to the new Ethernut 2.1b

Hi,
I tried to programm the sample basemon.hex into the ethernut 2.1b from 
the starter kit, but the process allways freeze:

D:\data\dgs\ethernut\nutapp-21b\basemon>make burn
uisp -dprog=stk500 -dserial=/dev/ttyS1 -dspeed=115200 -dpart=atmega128 
--erase -
-upload if=basemon.hex
Firmware Version: 49.50
Atmel AVR ATmega128 is found.
Uploading: flash

At the begining chages the led on the programming adapter green and red, 
but after one or two seconds it changes to green and do nothing.

I'm using the jtag connector.

I'm beginer in Ethernut Thema. Do anybody have any idea whats wrong?
