[En-Nut-Discussion] RAM size required

Hi,

Anyone can help to advise what is the total RAM size that is necessary to run the NutOS and Nut/Net ?

I understand that on the Ethernut 2.0 board, there is a 512KB SRAM, however, I am wondering if I can removed the 512KB SRAM and only uses the RAM inside the ATMega128 as my target application will not be big.
