P.S. The Ethernut drivers had been mainly created by
trial and error. AFAIK, the first embedded boards
that used the RTL8019 were the PicoWeb Project and
Rabbit Semiconductors and the latter had severe problems
with this chip too. They detected the 8-bit RAM problem
and Realtek declined this for a year or so.
