[En-Nut-Discussion] improvement to l2cap and rfcomm

Hi all,

I just checked in a lot of improvements to rfcomm and l2cap:

rfcomm:

- Improved reliability and better channel handling 
- Connections in both directions at the same time are possible
- Session build up and close down now works quite reliable.
- Api functions added for session establishment, connection handling...
- Much more... see code

Line status handling still needs to be added.

l2cap:

- Fixed a buffer overflow that occured in high traffic situations
- improved buffer handling

Along with these changes I checked in new versions of l2cap-cmd and
rfcomm-cmd.
