[En-Nut-Discussion] eth0 inactive

Hello,

we notice a strange problem concerning the network interface:

* when the baord is first switched on after a while, eth0 stays inactive
* NutNetIfConfig2 & co are called but don't change anything
* all other threads start after NutNetIfConfig2, so it's not a deadlock
* switching the board on and off a few times helps, all of a sudden 
eth0 gets activated

any ideas?
