May be a problem with the reset controller. You can
verify this. It should work immediately when the reset
button is pressed. This appears with some power supplies
and unmodified 2.0A boards. See

When Ethernut 1.3 is used with the Nut/OS Configurator,
then make sure that HWDEF += -DETHERNUT2 is removed from
UserConf.mk.
