[En-Nut-Discussion] NutRegisterDevice(&devLcd, 0, 0)

Hi.

Has anybody had problems with  NutRegisterDevice(&devLcd, 0, 0) where gcc 
complains that 'devLcd' undeclared.  I have looked at the nut/dev/hd44780.c 
and it certainly is 'devLcd'.  There are no problems with other NUTDEVICES 
such as Debug0, Debug1, etc. in a quick test suite, only devLcd.

Help required please.
