[En-Nut-Discussion] Imagecraft v7.00a with replaced ICCAVR.EXE does not build v3.9.5 of Ethernut

Harald,
Thank you very much for your hint. I'm using Ethernet 2 (2.0a to be
specific) and crtnutram was therefore the solution!
This means: 3.9.5 works also with v7.00B-Beta1 since I tried it with
this compiler version.
