[En-Nut-Discussion] Changes to GCC building process.

Hi,

As some GCC optimization issues were noticed, some changes have been 
made on building of Nut/OS & Nut/Net.

I have added -fno-delete-null-pointer-checks as a C and C++ compilation 
parameters (Makedefs.avr-gcc)

Then I also fixed some minor issue when creating a .HEX files for 
samples. EEPROM data section is not included anymore in there if EEPROM 
data is defined within source code. (app/Makerules.avr-gcc)
