[En-Nut-Discussion] Newbie Question - Unable to compile NutOSfrom source under WinAVR

I get errors with the latest version of WinAVR as well. I got around this by copying twi.h into the offending directory.
It fixed that, but I kept getting new errors as I would fix existing ones, so I have not yet successfully compiled things.
I was compiling for the STK-500 version.

You could try to change back slashes to forward slashes in NutConf's
settings dialog. I have always used forward slashes when using cygwin
tools so I cannot verify if there is problem there.
Are you sure you are really using newest tools and have configured them
correctly?
Please run following command and tell the results:
avr-gcc --version
