[En-Nut-Discussion] Case for Ethernut 2.1

Some time ago egnite produced some boxes. They are
made of aluminium profiles and probably not cheap.

The good thing is, that they had passed CE conformity
tests with Ethernut for commercial as well as industrial
grade. (Standard boards are not for industrial temperature
ranges, though.)
