[En-Nut-Discussion] net Errno 10057

hi all, 

i've implemented a little TCP client on my Ethernut Board, where i call for the Server Version , ...

The "Call Stack" for my Program is:
1.) Get Server Version
2.) Query Serial if an Event is Post.

my problem is, that at the second Serial Query i got 10057 as Errorcode from NutTcpSend, but the socket should be openend.

my idea was to open the Socket at the beginning , and close them at the End of my program.

Why i got this errorcode, which means "Socket not connected" ?
