[En-Nut-Discussion] Read and Write EEPROM

Hello,

I need to save configuration settings like measuring intervall, server URL
etc to the memory.
Have anybody (simple) example code how to write and read values from EEPROM?
My ethernut board is 2.1b and compiler i use is winavr.
