Thanks to both of you.  I do have the fixed clock set to my 14.7456 xtal, I
just wanted to make sure there were no other places I needed to make
changes.

take a look at the configurator under RTOS Kernel / Timer management / Fixed
MCU clock.
But I don't know where you can set your FIX cpu frequency.

But this can be a starting point for you.
