[En-Nut-Discussion] Nut OS on Arm

The time has come for a new design - and I am looking firmly in the arm 
direction.  Basically I want to do a single chip for cost reasons and 
need a couple of uarts and a USB slave.  The Atmel AT91SAM7S256 
<http://www.atmel.com/dyn/products/product_card.asp?part_id=3524> looks 
like just the ticket. Except the flash is smaller than I would like.I am 
wondering if anyone knows the footprint of thumb compiled NutOS?
