I cames across two different license terms in the software and like to
clarify the current applicable terms of Nut/OS usage in regards to
section 3:

Version A:

3. All advertising materials mentioning features or use of this
software must display the following acknowledgment:

This product includes software developed by egnite Software GmbH
    and its contributors.

OR

Version B:

3. Neither the name of the copyright holders nor the names of
contributors may be used to endorse or promote products derived
from this software without specific prior written permission.

Which of the two applies currently? One says basically don't mention
Egnite the other says you must? Confusing for me as I want to do the
right thing.

I think Version B's usage is quite clear, for Version A however 1) what
should users using Nut/OS in embedded products do and 2) what should
manufacturers of compatible boards do to comply with Version A [in
practical terms, e.g. stating the acknowledgment in manual, data sheets
or web site etc.]?
