[En-Nut-Discussion] avr-libc 1.0.5 +

It was discussed a while ago that the sbi, cbi, outb and inb macros,  
as well as perhaps some others were taken out of avr-libc 1.0.5 and  
greater.  Has anyone gotten Nut/OS compiled with avr-libc greater  
than 1.0.4? If so, do you have the patched header files to get these  
macros working? Are you going to rewrite the OS so it doesn't require  
these macros?  i have Nut 3.4.1 and Nut 3.9, is there a newer version  
already that eliminates the need for these macros?
