Hi Peter.

I use avr-libc 1.2.5 with gcc-3.4.4 and NutOs 3.8.2 Everything compiles 
correctly. However it is clear that having NutOs discarding sbi/cbi, 
outb/inb is a requirement that must be met ASAP.
