Hi,

Well, at least it's not consistent with the human brain, but it is consistent with Ansi C. When I wrote the code for date handling, I made the decision to be consitent with Ansi C, to have no differences with implemenations on other platforms.

But it's not consistent, since the range of tm_mday is [1,31].
Either day or month needs special treatment.
