[En-Nut-Discussion] Problems running Nut apps

Hi,

  I´m having problems running anything on an ethernut 1.3g hardware. I
figured out that the problem is somehow in the nut initialization,
either in the asm code or in NutInit, since execution never reaches my
main() if I keep the "-ucrtnut.o
C:\ethernut-3.9.8\nutbld\lib\nutinit.o" running the simple example.

  I´ve removed the ETHERNUT2 macro, and tried all 4 combinations of
crt's, but nothing seams to work. I´m setting PORTB bits to see if it
executes main or not.

  Btw, there is a bug in the Ethernut Software Manual, is there
anywere I can find the manual sources to fix it and perhaps improve it
a bit? :P
