Hi,

in the past I was thinking about porting Nut/OS to Coldfire MCF5272.
There is a difference from my current ethernet driver implementation
on Coldfire that I have packets allocated in contiguous area. But
Nut/OS can have 4 packet buffers. This can be solved but with
ethernet driver change and I did not yet tried that.

Regarding NE64 there is a Viola's TCP/IP stack available for download
from Freescale's site. Have you checked that ?
