[En-Nut-Discussion] eboot loader modification for Ethernut 1.3.g

Hello
I want to modify the included eboot loader:
- DHCP should not be used.
- The IP adress and the network mask of the tftp-server are stored in 
the EEPROM of the AtMega 128 on fix memory adresses.
- The program file name is fix. i.e. "MyProg.bin".

My questions:
1. Has somebody developed such an eboot loader yet?
2. How can I control the linker to generate a binary program code file 
instead of the hex file format?
