Step 2: Configuring Nut/OS

the demo refuses to run the command line compiler, which
is required by the Configurator.

Anyway, just for interest. Did you start the Configurator
out of the IDE? If that works it would be a nice "workaround"
and will probably conform to Imagecraft's policy.
